Bomb And Conquer

Last updated: October 6, 2026 · Developer: For The Fun Game Studio

In short: you can play against bots and with friends on the same Wi-Fi without any account, and then nothing leaves your device. To play online matches the game creates a player account on our game servers: it holds a random player ID, the player name you choose, your progress (trophies, heroes, Zer, quests, looks) and your match results, and our servers see your IP address while you play. You can link the account to your Google account to keep it on a new phone, and the same account works in our other games. Purchases (Zer packs) are handled by Google Play. The game shows no ads. Google Firebase gives us anonymous usage statistics and crash reports. There is no chat, we never sell personal information, and you can delete your account and its data in the game at any time.

1. Who we are

Bomb And Conquer ("the App") is a game developed by For The Fun Game Studio ("we", "us"), who is the controller of the personal information described below. This policy explains what information the App and our game servers handle, who handles it and why. Some features (online matches, the account, purchases) arrive with later versions of the App; the parts of this policy about them apply from the version that has them.

2. Playing without an account

Matches against bots, the tutorial and games with friends on the same Wi-Fi need no account. Your progress is then saved only in the App's private storage on your device (trophies, your match record and achievements, daily and season quests, your Zer, your heroes, looks, colour, skill loadout and settings) and is removed when you uninstall the App.

Wi-Fi play: to find and play a game on the same Wi-Fi network or a phone's hotspot, the App sends small messages directly between the devices on that local network (a game's name and player count, and during a match the players' moves, heroes, colours and loadouts). These messages stay on the local network, are not sent to the internet and never reach us.

3. Online matches and your player account

The first time you open online play, the App creates a player account on our game servers. We process:

Other players in your matches and on leaderboards see your player name, hero, colour, looks, trophies and match results. There is no text or voice chat. Player names that are offensive or impersonate others may be changed or blocked.

Linking with Google (optional): you can link your account to your Google account (Sign in with Google) to keep it when you change or reset your phone. We then receive a Google account identifier that we store with your player account; we do not receive your password, and we do not use your email address for marketing. You can unlink it at any time.

One account for our games: the same player account and the same Zer balance work in our other games that support it, so your Zer and progress follow you between them.

Where: our game servers are rented from a hosting provider in the European Union. Communication between the App and our servers is encrypted.

4. Purchases (Google Play)

Optional purchases (such as Zer packs) are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. Payment details are entered in and processed by Google; we never see or receive them. Google tells our servers that a purchase was made (the product, a purchase token and the order ID) so that we can add it to your account, restore it and prevent fraud. Google provides us with standard transaction records (such as the product, the price and the country) for accounting, refunds and support. See the Google Play Terms of Service. Nothing you buy changes how a match plays: purchases are for looks and for convenience only.

5. Usage statistics and crash reports (Google Firebase)

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) to learn how the game is played and to fix crashes: for example which modes are played, how far players get in the tutorial, whether they come back the next day, and, when the App crashes, the state of the App at that moment. They process an app-instance identifier (not your name or your player name), device and App information, the approximate country derived from your IP address, and these events. We use this data only in aggregate, to improve the game, and do not combine it with your player account. Where your consent is required, the App asks for it before collecting statistics, and you can change your choice in the App's settings. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.

6. Notifications

On Android 13 and later the App asks for the notification permission once, on the main screen after your first match. If you allow notifications, the App shows one quiet notice when a new version is available on Google Play (once a day, when your phone has a network connection, Android's job scheduler lets the App ask Google Play; the check sends nothing about you to us), and, if you have not played for a few days, may remind you that new daily quests are ready (at most three times: 2, 5 and 10 days after you last played; playing again starts the count over). When you open the App, and once a day, it also downloads a short list of the studio's current offers from our website, forthefungamestudio.com, and may show one notice when an offer starts; you can turn offers off in the App's settings ("Offers"). That download sends nothing about you. These are local notifications created on your phone; there is no push service and no notification ID. You can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings.

Inviting friends

"Invite a friend" opens your phone's share sheet with a short message and a link to forthefungamestudio.com/join/. You choose the app and the person; we do not see the message or who it goes to. The page opens the game on your friend's phone (straight to the Wi-Fi games), or Google Play if they do not have it, and stores nothing.

7. Permissions

PermissionWhy
INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATEOnline matches, purchases, statistics and crash reports, and Wi-Fi play.
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATEFinding games hosted on the same Wi-Fi network.
com.android.vending.BILLINGLets Google Play handle purchases (section 4).
POST_NOTIFICATIONSThe new-version notice and the reminders in section 6, only if you allow them.

The App does not access the camera, microphone, contacts, location or your files.

8. Why we may process your information (legal bases)

To provide the game and online matches you ask for, your account and your purchases (performance of a contract); to keep matches fair, prevent cheating and fraud and keep our servers secure, and to understand and improve the game in aggregate (our legitimate interests); where the law requires it, for statistics (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time); and to keep accounting records (legal obligation).

9. How long we keep it

10. Deleting your account and your data

You can delete your player account at any time in the App: Settings > Account > Delete account. This deletes your player account, your player name, your progress, your Zer and your items on our servers and in all our games that use the account, and your match records linked to it, within 30 days (backups are overwritten within that time). Purchase records we must keep for accounting are kept without your game data. Deleting cannot be undone, and Zer and items you bought are lost.

If you can no longer open the App, email support@forthefungamestudio.com with the subject "Delete my Bomb And Conquer account" and your player name and player ID (shown in the App under Profile). We may ask you to confirm from the device or Google account linked to it, so that no one else can delete your account. Progress saved only on your device (section 2) is deleted when you clear the App's data or uninstall it.

11. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email us (section 14); we answer within one month. You may also complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising: the App shows no ads.

12. Children

Bomb And Conquer is not directed at children under 13, and online play is not meant for them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created a player account or sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Security, transfers and changes

Communication with our servers is encrypted, access to the servers is limited to us, and the App stores only a sign-in token, not a password. Google may process data in other countries under its own safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We may update this policy, for example when new features arrive; the "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed, and important changes are shown in the App.
