Delete your Bomb And Conquer account

Last updated: October 13, 2026 · Developer: For The Fun Game Studio

In the game (fastest)

  1. Open Bomb And Conquer and tap the gear at the top right.
  2. Choose Delete account, read the page and confirm twice.

Your account is closed at once and the progress on your phone is erased. It cannot be undone: Zer and items you bought are lost. Your sound, music, invitation and offer settings stay.

The game needs an internet connection to close your account. If it cannot reach us, or cannot confirm that the deletion went through, it tells you, and you can try again. If the game never connected to our server, there is no account there and the deletion happens on your phone only. Afterwards the game makes no new account until you start it again, or come back to it after a minute or more away; then, with a connection, it makes a new guest account with a new name. If you use the game on more than one device with the same account, the other devices erase their copy the next time they connect, and tell you the account was deleted.

By email

You can also ask us by email, without opening the game. Your guest account has no email or sign-in, so we need your account code to know the account is yours. You find it in the game's settings (the gear at the top right): two groups of four letters and numbers, like 3F9A-C27E. If you do not see it there, update the game from Google Play first. If you still do not see it, your game has never been online, so we have no account of yours to delete.

  1. Note your player name and your account code.
  2. Email both to support@forthefungamestudio.com with the subject "Delete my Bomb And Conquer account".

If the code matches the account, we delete it just as the game does (see the table below); if it does not, we delete nothing. Either way we answer you within one month. A phone that still has the account erases its copy the next time it connects, and tells you the account was deleted. The code cannot be used to play as you, but together with your player name it lets anyone ask us to delete your account, so keep it to yourself.

If you no longer have the game

Without the account code we cannot tell whether an account is yours: player names are public, so anyone could send us one, and we do not delete an account on someone's word. If you uninstalled the game, installing it again with the same Google account may bring your account back from your phone's backup, and its code with it. Otherwise you do not need to do anything: an account nobody uses is deleted automatically (below).

Accounts nobody uses

If an account has not been online for 2 years (730 days in which the game was never opened with an internet connection), we delete it automatically, as if its player had deleted it: it is closed, and its data is erased for good 6 months later (see the table). Opening the game with an internet connection, even once in a while, keeps your account. If a phone that still has the account goes online during those 6 months, it erases the game's progress on that phone and tells you the account was deleted, as after any deletion.

Deleting only some of your data

You can remove some of your data and keep your account. In the game, under Friends > Online, you can remove friends, cancel friend requests and unblock players, and turning Invites off in the settings makes our server forget your notification token. To have the beta feedback notes you sent removed, email support@forthefungamestudio.com with roughly when you sent them. For any other data about your account, email us your player name and account code and tell us what you would like deleted. We answer within one month.

What happens to your data

WhatWhen it goes
Your account: nobody can sign in to it or use it, and our staff can no longer change itClosed at once
The progress, Zer, potions, quests, looks, player name and titles on your phoneAt once
Your player name in the game (it becomes free for others), your friends, friend requests and blocks, other players' requests to you, and your notification token (blocks other players had on you: within a day)At once (older entries in our server's account file go when it is next rewritten, at the latest after 6 months)
The account's data on our server: its guest ID, a fingerprint of its key, the copy of its progress, the name it had, its studio titles, our messages, any ban and when it was last onlineKept 6 months for security, fraud prevention and legal claims, then erased
Reports by you or about you, and our server's lines about your account in them6 months after each line was written
The traffic log the law requires (IP address, times, guest ID)One year and one day after each connection
Our admin log of our staff's changes to your account, and of each email request to delete it that we check against its account code (the player name given, your guest ID, and whether the code matched and the account was deleted; never the code itself)Two years after each entry
Our server's system log (the first 8 characters of your guest ID when the account was made, renamed or deleted)After at most 6 months
Beta feedback notes you sentNot erased with the account; their link to it (the guest ID) goes when its data is erased after 6 months. Email us to have them removed
Backup copies on the studio's own computerAt our first backup after they are 30 days old (traffic log copies: after one year and one day)
Our hosting provider's daily backup of the whole server (it keeps only the latest one)Replaced every day, so erased data can stay in it at most one day longer

After those 6 months nothing of the account is left in our server's account file, not even its guest ID; the logs in the table keep to their own times. If an old phone that still has the account, and stayed offline all that time, goes online again, it gets a new account under the same ID: nothing of the old account comes back from us, and the new one holds only the progress still on that phone.
