Capybara Chill: Live Wallpaper
In short: Capybara Chill does not collect, store or share personal information, and it contains no advertising, analytics or tracking. The 3D scene, the capybaras and everything you do with them (tapping, tossing fruit) run entirely on your device. The app connects to the internet only through Google Play, to handle the optional in-app purchase and the in-app rating prompt.
1. Who we are
Capybara Chill ("the App") is a 3D live wallpaper for Android, showing a capybara family at a Japanese hot spring. It is developed by For The Fun Game Studio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and why.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. Specifically, the App does not collect or transmit your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, advertising ID or other device identifiers, and it does not require an account or sign-in.
The day and night cycle and the seasons follow your phone's clock and calendar. The App reads them on the device only, as any clock would, and never sends them anywhere. It does not use your location.
3. Information stored on your device
The App saves your settings (for example the season, weather, time of day, number of pups, frame rate and battery options) and whether you own Premium in the App's private storage on your device. This information never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.
4. In-app purchases (Google Play)
Capybara Chill is free to enjoy. An optional one-time "Premium" purchase unlocks additional content, such as all four seasons, the weather and more pups. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing:
- Payment details (such as your card or other payment method) are entered in and processed by Google Play. We never see or receive them.
- The App asks Google Play whether you own Premium so it can unlock the content and restore it on your other devices. The purchase confirmation stays on your device.
- Google provides us with standard transaction records (such as an order number, the product, the price and the country) for accounting, refunds and customer support.
Google's handling of this information is described in the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies. Parents can require approval for purchases using Google Play's parental controls and purchase authentication.
5. Ratings and reviews
After you have used the App a few times, it may show Google Play's built-in rating prompt (Google Play In-App Review). The prompt is provided and controlled by Google Play, and we do not receive any personal information through it. Any review you choose to post is public on Google Play and covered by Google's policies.

The App does not request any runtime permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, location or storage.
7. Third-party services
The App contains no advertising networks and no analytics or tracking SDKs. The only third-party components are Google Play Billing and Google Play In-App Review, both provided by Google LLC as described above.
8. Children's privacy
Capybara Chill is suitable for all ages (gentle animal scenes, no violence) and is designed to comply with Google Play's Families Policy and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App shows no ads, and purchases can only be made through Google Play, which gives parents controls to approve or restrict them. If you think a child has sent us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws)
Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we generally hold nothing to access, correct or delete. We do not sell or share personal information. If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you and delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us at any time to delete your correspondence.
10. Security
Your settings stay in the App's private storage on your device, and purchases go through Google Play's secure billing system.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the App adds new features. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will also be noted in the App's release notes on Google Play.
