Delete your Kickwall world scores

Last updated: October 16, 2026 · Developer: For The Fun Game Studio

Kickwall's world tables keep your shots for real under a guest account on our score server: a random ID with a made-up player name, no email and no sign-in. Deleting your world scores closes that account. Your own stats on your phone are not affected.

In the App (fastest)

  1. Open Kickwall and go to the Scores tab.
  2. Under World tables, tap Delete my world scores, then Yes, delete.

Your account is closed at once: your name and scores leave the tables, and your name is free for others. On your phone, the App forgets your guest account and the shots still waiting to be sent, and turns the World tables off. Your stats, Zer, Premium and settings stay, and the big screen keeps showing your numbers.

The App needs an internet connection to close your account. If it cannot confirm that the deletion went through, it tells you, keeps trying while it is open and tries again the next time you open it, until our server confirms. If the App says it needs an update first, update Kickwall from Google Play and tap Delete my world scores again. If your account never reached our server, there is nothing there to delete, and the App deletes it from your phone only. If you turn the World tables on again, your next shot for real makes a new guest account with a new name. The App keeps its installation number for as long as it stays installed, though, so the new account carries the same number as the one you deleted, and our server could tell that both came from the same installation until the closed account's data is erased (see the table). If another phone uses the same account (for example one restored from a backup), it learns the account was closed the next time it connects, and forgets it too.

By email

You can also ask us by email, without opening the App. Your guest account has no email or sign-in, so we need your account code to know the account is yours. You find it in the App on the Scores tab, under World tables: two groups of four letters and numbers, like 7KQ2-M9XD. Your player name is at the top of the Rankings ("You play as ..."). If you see no code, your shots for real have not reached our server yet, so we have no account of yours to delete.

  1. Note your player name and your account code.
  2. Email both to support@forthefungamestudio.com with the subject "Delete my Kickwall world scores".

If the code matches the account, we delete it just as the App does (see the table below). If it does not, we delete nothing and take the account off the tables instead (see the next section). Either way we answer you within one month. A phone that still has the account forgets it the next time it connects. The code cannot be used to play as you, but together with your player name it lets anyone ask us to delete your world scores, so keep it to yourself.

If you no longer have the App or the code

You do not need the App to ask us. Email your player name to support@forthefungamestudio.com with the subject "Delete my Kickwall world scores", and add your account code if you noted it down. With the code, we delete the account as above.

Without the code we cannot tell whether an account is yours: player names are public, so anyone could send us one, and we do not delete an account on someone's word. What we do instead is take the account named off the tables (we hide it), so its name and scores are no longer shown to anyone. Its data stays on our server until the account is deleted with its code, or is closed automatically once nobody has used it for 2 years and erased 6 months later (below). We answer you within one month.

If you uninstalled the App, installing it again with the same Google account may also bring your guest account back from your phone's backup, with its code, so you can delete it in the App.

Accounts nobody uses

If an account has not been online for 2 years (730 days in which no phone connected with it), we close it automatically, as if its player had deleted it, and erase its data 6 months later (see the table). Opening Kickwall with the World tables on and an internet connection, even once in a while, keeps your account.

Stopping without deleting

Turn World tables off on the Scores tab and the App sends nothing more, and the wallpaper stops asking for your places. Your name and scores stay on the tables until you delete them. For any other request about your world tables data, email us your player name and account code and tell us what you would like. We answer within one month.

What happens to your data

WhatWhen it goes
Your account: nobody can use it, and our staff can no longer change itClosed at once
Your name and scores on the world tables (your name becomes free for others)At once
Your guest account, waiting shots, places and the top five on your phoneAt once (your own stats, Zer, Premium and settings stay)
The account's data on our server: its guest ID, a fingerprint of its key, the name it had, its scores, the goalkeeper's state for each of its phones (with that phone's installation number), its fair-play numbers, any ban and when it was last onlineKept 6 months for security, fraud prevention and legal claims, then erased
Each shot as it arrived on our server (with the guest ID)30 days after it arrived
Fair-play notes about the account (guest ID, name, what was found)6 months after each note was written
The traffic log the law requires (IP address, times, guest ID)One year and one day after each connection
Our admin log of our staff's changes to the account, and of each email request to delete it that we check against its account code (the guest ID and name of the account named, and whether the code matched and the account was deleted; never the code itself)Two years after each entry
Our server's system log (the first 8 characters of the guest ID when the account was made, renamed, deleted, tried with a wrong key or noted for fair play; the top five of each all-time table once an hour)After at most 6 months
Our server's own daily copy of its account file7 days
Backup copies on the studio's own computerAt our first backup after they are 30 days old (copies of the logs: when their own time above is over)
Our hosting provider's daily backup of the whole server (it keeps only the latest one)Replaced every day, so erased data can stay in it at most one day longer

After those 6 months nothing of the account is left in our server's account file, not even its guest ID; the logs in the table keep to their own times. If an old phone that still has the account, and stayed offline all that time, goes online again, it gets a new account under the same ID, with nothing of the old one.
